About the Nomination & Evaluation Process

The Secure India Awards, part of the Times Secure India Summit (TSIS) 2025, follow a scientific, transparent, and merit-based evaluation process to ensure that every nomination is reviewed fairly and objectively. All nominations will strictly be reviewed and evaluated on merit basis by the appointed jury. There are no fees for application/nomination for Secure India Awards.

Process Overview:

  • Nomination Submission: All entries must be submitted through the official form with complete details and supporting documentation.
  • Technical Committee Review: A neutral committee of industry experts will assess each eligible nomination using a uniform 5-point evaluation framework covering relevance, impact, credibility, innovation, and scalability. The top five (5) scorers in each category will be shortlisted as finalists.
  • Jury Evaluation: Shortlisted finalists will be invited to present a 7–10 minute video presentation before an independent Jury. Final winners will be selected based on a structured 100-point scoring system that balances documentation and presentation quality with innovation and replicability.
  • Integrity Measures: All reviewers are bound by confidentiality and conflict-of-interest declarations. Evaluation is conducted independently by each committee/jury member. Only shortlisted candidates will be notified and invited to present.
